TERMS OF PURCHASE

Gramelguitars.com (Gramel Guitars) is operated by Dennis Gramel Frisk; organization number 920712-3556.

To shop at gramelguitars.com, you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders from individuals who have provided incorrect personal information and/or have credit issues.

Product information and pricing are provided with reservations for typographical errors, supplier price increases, stock availability, potentially incorrect technical specifications, and sold-out items. Once an order is confirmed, the price may only be changed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disasters) or in the event of obvious pricing errors – for example, errors made by the supplier.

Delivery Time
Delivery is typically 1–5 business days from the time of order, but this may vary. Products made to order may take additional time. We always provide a personal preliminary delivery estimate for each order, but we reserve the right to make mistakes — we’re only human. Pre-ordered items will be shipped when the product is released and in stock. If delivery is delayed due to an out-of-stock item at the supplier, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Stock
We reserve the right for any stock discrepancies or discontinued products still shown in our catalog. In such cases, we will offer a similar product or refund your purchase.

Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email with information about your order. We recommend saving this confirmation in case you need to contact us.

Payment Options
You can pay via card, invoice, or installment plan. The payment service is provided by Klarna.

Shipping
A shipping fee of SEK 99 is added per order, regardless of the number of items or whether the order is split into multiple shipments.

Unclaimed Shipments
For unclaimed shipments returned to Gramel Guitars, a fee of SEK 200 is charged to cover transportation and administrative costs. If you change your mind while waiting for your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. You must still collect the package and then request a return. If the package is returned to us without being picked up, you will be charged SEK 200.

Transport
If any items are damaged or lost during shipping to you, Gramel Guitars is responsible. You must notify us within 14 days. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipping, the customer is responsible.

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer of Gramel Guitars, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. You must notify us within this period. Always contact us before returning an item.

NOTE: This does not apply to custom-made products.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in essentially unchanged condition. It must be returned in its original packaging with all inner packaging and any accessories. Do not place shipping labels directly on the product’s packaging — use a separate outer box. Include the invoice (or a copy of the front and back). Don’t forget to indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll refund the product price, excluding any shipping costs.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery.

It’s fine to send via a pickup point. Keep your receipt — you are responsible for the return shipment.

Incorrect Delivery
We guarantee that the items you order are free from defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the item. We will provide a return label. Return the item in its original condition along with a damage or error report, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Warranty Issues
We guarantee that the items you order are free from manufacturing defects for one year, or the warranty period applicable to your product, from the date of delivery. If there is a defect covered by the warranty, we will contact the manufacturer/supplier and determine whether the item should be repaired or replaced.

You must report the defect within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered it. The right to claim a defect expires in all cases after three years.

Governing Law
Disputes under these terms shall be resolved under Swedish law. Gramel Guitars complies with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
