I, the builder, will look over the specs and request that has been made in the form to determine cost, availability and the lead time. I will try to reply in 3-5 days whenever possible.
If there is a build slot open and the materials can be sourced you will receive a preliminary build sheet with the estimated cost, date of completion and specifications of your guitar.
To confirm your custom build and secure your place in the production queue, a 50% deposit of the total price is required. You’ll receive an email with a link to complete the payment through the payment method of your choice. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as it acts as your commitment to proceed with the purchase. Once the payment is received, your build will be assigned a serial number and added to the production schedule.
As your guitar is being built, you’ll receive regular email updates, along with photos to give you a sense of the progression being made. This way, you’ll be able to follow along as your instrument comes to life. I kindly ask for your patience as we carefully craft your custom guitar.
