Crafted with specially formulated rubber ferrite magnets and high-quality AWG 44 wire, they deliver the unmistakable Gold Foil sound. This stronger, more powerful version of the Gold Foil pickup brings added clarity and definition, approaching the character of a P90 while maintaining the unique Gold Foil vibe. With an output just shy of a P90, it combines the best of both worlds—clarity, warmth, and punch.
While the original pickups were unpotted, we also offer the option to pot these pickups, providing those who prefer a less feedback-prone tone with more control, all while preserving the true vintage sound.
